At Evolution, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Evolution account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
